What It Is: Hands on, shelter based workshops hosted in direct collaboration with regional domestic violence organizations.

  • Beauty as Healing & Self Care: Using daily grooming, sensory grounding, and beauty rituals as non-traditional tools for self-advocacy and trauma processing.
  • Expressive Arts: Utilizing journaling, vision mapping, and color exploration for non-verbal emotional release.
  • Workforce Readiness: Professional presentation, self-advocacy skills and building personal confidence for life post shelter care.
